I'd give Z a 5 year deal at 16 per in a millisecond. I would just hate to see this thing turn out like the Maddux deal and watch him win Cy Youngs for another club, it would kill me.
As would I. I'd go as high on the per-year as Zito got, actually.
But it's not my money.
